Dr. is currently listed as one of Best Doctors in Arizona Women and is nominated many years as " Top Surgerons" and " Best Doctors" in America. He also was Chief of Surgery and Chief of Plastic Surgery at St. Joseph's Hospital Medical Center, Phoenix, Arizona from 1995 to 1999.

Last June, 2008, Dr. So was one of the delegate member from the People to People and American Society of Plastic Surgeons to join the cultural exchange program with the plastic surgeons in People Republic of China.
