Dr. Granzow is double Board Certified both in Plastic Surgery and Head and Neck Surgery. He has extensive national and international experience and specializes in performing only the highest level of breast surgery and rhinoplasty.

Dr. Granzow is a popular and sought after lecturer with both an academic appointment and a separate, private office. He is Assistant Professor of Surgery, Division of Plastic Surgery, at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine, a member of the full time faculty in Plastic Surgery, and is the Assistant Chief of Plastic Surgery at Harbor UCLA Medical Center.
