Dr. Mowlavi is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and the Orange County Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Mowlavi is well regarded for his technical skills and recognized for his numerous contributions in the field of cosmetic surgery with over 50 nationally recognized scientific publications.

Dr. Mowlavi has received several nationally distinguished awards and been seen in Orange Coast, Los Angeles Times, Orange County Register, The Washington Post, and Self Magazine to name a few. Dr. Mowlavi has hospital privileges at South Coast Medical Center, Hoag Hospital, Saddleback, San Clemente, and Long Beach Memorial Hospitals.

Following six years of extensive cosmetic and plastic surgery training, Dr. Mowlavi founded Cosmetic Surgery Clinics, a full spectrum cosmetic surgery facility, dedicated to providing you the utmost in surgical care with exceptional cosmetic surgery results.

Dr. Mowlavi specializes in breast surgery and body contouring. Dr. Mowlavi performs all breast surgeries including: first time breast augmentations, revision breast augmentations, correction of breast deformities including the tubular breast deformity, breast lifts, breast reductions, and breast reconstruction following treatment of breast cancer.

In addition, Dr. Mowlavi has a keen interest in body contouring and sculpting surgeries. He is well regarded for his full body liposculpture surgeries, where he utilizes various surgical cannula sizes and cannula designs in the operating room in order to provide you the optimal body sculpting results.
