CERTIFICATIONS & ACCREDITATIONS
Richard E. Mack, Jr., M.D., Inc. is a gifted Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. His patients travel from all over California, the USA as well as Europe and South America for his Cosmetic Plastic Surgery expertise. My prospective breast implants patients ask me on a near daily basis: “Why do you (Dr. Mack) choose use Mentor Breast Implants?” Dr. Mack states that “When I compare the results of Over a Decade of performing Cosmetic Breast Implant Surgery, My Personal Observations are that: the Mentor Style 1600 (Moderate Profile = Slightly wider therefore More Cleavage) and the Mentor Style 2600 (Moderate Plus Profile = a More Full appearing Breast Look) and the Mentor Style 3000 (High Profile = The Most Full Breast Appearance) gives the most natural appearing implanted Breast Result when compared to my own personal experience with the equivalent Smooth Round Breast Implants that I have personally placed for a saline breast augmentation with those of the most nearly equivalently sized implants made by McGhan (1990’s) later carried under the label Inamed (early 2000’s) and currently associated with the Allergan Corporation (The Botox® Cosmetic company) I have noted less visually apparent wrinkling / rippling / or folding in my thin patients with the Mentor Breast Implants. I was not compensated or paid to make this statement on June 27, 2009. Since I specialize in placing breast implants without a scar on the breast through the Transaxillary Approach (Underarm Approach guided by a small endoscopic camera) I have placed a very large number of implants from both manufacturers. This is my person observation. Since all breast implants have this wrinkling / rippling / or folding effect it is more apparent in the thin patients. My practice is 95% by patient referral, from happy former patients who send their friends to me. Dr. Mack says: “Since 95% of my patients come to me by direct patient referral and I DO NOT USE PRINT ADVERTISING which VERY EXPENSIVE and ultimately is the patient who pays for the ads. Without this additional high overhead expense of print advertising, I can pass the savings on to my patients, and I do. This also means that my results must be superior, because in my business model, my next patient will come from you, a patient who is happy with your new appearance! Since I tend to be a perfectionist, it goes against my grain to do anything but my personal best with each surgery.” Dr. Mack IS ALL ABOUT QUALITY COSMETIC SURGICAL RESULTS be it BREAST IMPLANTS, BREAST LIFTS, LIPOSUCTION, TUMMY TUCKS (Abdominoplasty), or RHINOPLASTY (another of Dr. Mack’s specialty procedures) or FACIAL PLASTIC SURGERY. During your Complimentary Cosmetic Surgery Consultation, you will find Dr. Mack is easy to talk to. This is because he is a good listener. After your examination you will be offered a variety of treatment options and if you need Dr. Mack to guide you in the decision making process he will help. The sincere Doctor-Patient relationship that Dr. Mack develops with each patient has created a strong and loyal following. Above all else, ensuring your safety during surgery and ultimately achieving your enhanced self-esteem and personal confidence in your appearance are Dr. Mack’s primary goals. To this end, when needed, Dr. Mack only Board Certified Anesthesiologists who are Medical Doctors who are specialists in Anesthesiology. Although the nurses that some plastic surgeons use (especially the larger group’s that must find ways to lower their operating costs) may do a fine job putting you to sleep and waking you, but the added layer of safety that that comes with many years of additional Residency and Medical School experience of the Board Certified Anesthesiologist is comforting to Dr. Mack’s patients by increasing safety and is included (without additional cost). As a Peer Consultant for The Medical Board of California, Dr. Mack has seen what other doctors do to save themselves small amounts of money. This is not the time to be frugal at the expense your patient’s (someone’s wife, mother, daughter, fiancée) health. Dr. Mack calls this INTEGRITY. Dr. Mack also primarily operates only at outpatient surgery centers with the highest level of certification referred to as “Medicare Certified”. Dr. Mack looks forward to meeting with you for your personal, complimentary Cosmetic Plastic Surgery Consultation. “In this economy, even a small subtle aesthetic change may improve your self-esteem and confidence that makes the difference in your personal or professional life by freeing your “inner glow” and allowing the real you to naturally show through”.
